Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Newly presenting patients or patients whose last treatment at the HSA-NHK CCM was at least 1 year ago. - Consent (in paper form) is available
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Expected lack of compliance with regard to participation in the study (e.g., not wanting to answer any further questions; limitation of the general ability to comply in the case of dementia, severe alcohol abuse, drug abuse) - Institute staff - Insufficient knowledge of the German language - No e-mail address available - No abilities or possibilities to operate or use tablets or computers independently
