Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Age = 18 y/o - Elective primary total knee arthroplasty at the study center - Consent to regional anesthesia procedure - Consent to participation in this study after a detailed explanation of an investigating physician
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Age 6 months, ongoing outpatient or inpatient pain treatment) - Previous endoprosthetic operation of the treated knee - Spinal anesthesia is the preferred procedure - Opioids in the premedication - Bleeding tendency
