Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pain since less than 3 months Identification of bone marrow edema (femoral head, femur, tibia, talus, navicular bone) Standard 1,5 T or 3T MRI with fat-suppressed fluid sensitive sequences in at least 2 planes an T1 weighted sequence in at least 1 plane.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Tramatic lesions Chondropathy in the affected joint Knee: meniscal tear (Signal alterations that reach the upper / undersurface in only one slice are not considered as tears). Uncapability to cooperate
