| Differences in primary care of psychiatric emergencies depending on the sex of the emergency physician. The main target variables are the duration of emergency intervention and the frequency of emergency intervention escalation depending on the sex of the emergency physician. Subgroups are formed from the psychiatric indications/diagnoses, which in turn are analysed in relation to the main target variables depending on the sex of the emergency physician. Subgroups: - Intoxications (includes all intoxications with alcohol, drugs, medication). - states of agitation (keywords are aggressiveness, agitation) - Suicidality (attempted or completed suicide, suicide threat) - exceptional mental situation - Psychiatric other (includes all other psychiatrically associated missions). Primary questions: Analysis of emergency medical interventions with the diagnosis of "psychiatric emergency" in the period 01.01.2015-31.12.2021. Analysis of the medication administered by emergency physicians (type and dosage of the medication, how the drug was administered -oral/nasal/ intravenous/intramuscular). Differences between male and female emergency physicians with regard to the above measures and medication. Analysis of the invasiveness of the measures (restraints, fixation, etc.). Average duration of psychiatric emergencies compared between male and female emergency physicians. | — |
