Group 1: Patients aged 50 at the time of diagnosis of the colorectal carcinoma during the 6 months lasting observation phase

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - new diagnosed colorectal carcinoma which qualifies for oncological therapy (palliative therapies included) - Patients who have consented to the further use of their clinical data for research (general consent granted)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - the colorectal carcinoma has not been confirmed - the colorectal carcinoma was not defined as a primary carcinoma (e.g. colorectal metastasis of another underlying tumor disease) - Missing general consent
