Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Presence of one of the following diagnoses: a) primary congenital glaucoma (PCG) b) juvenile open-angle glaucoma (JOAG) c) secondary glaucoma following lentectomy (aphakic glaucoma) d) secondary glaucoma due to anterior segment dysgenesis e) cataract (control group) - no previous surgery (except from lentectomy in case of aphakic glaucoma) - no other ocular or systemic pathologies - inclusion into the German Childhood Glaucoma Registry (ReCG) and additional informed consent of caregivers for substudy
