Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -sufficient german language skills -status as patient (in- or out patient programs) with a cardinal diagnoses of MDD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -psychotic disorder (acute or lifetime), Schizophrenia, paranoid or schizoid type -6 weeks sober on any illegal and legal drugs - IQ < 85

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction of Depressive Symptoms; Emotion Regulation. With this study, we aim to test the feasibility, safety and adherence with the intervention. At t0=baseline, we utilize MADRS (rater-assessment), as well as BDI II; IIP-C; SWE; SEK-ES (self-assessment) at 4 points of meassurement in total (t0=week 0), (t1=after 3 weeks), (t2=after 6 weeks) and (t3=after 9 weeks).

Decentering, emotion regulation, suicidal ideation or intent, self-esteem, behavioural activation, rumination, self-efficacy.
