Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Major diagnosis "adult severe respiratory distress syndrome - ARDS". Need for invasive mechanical ventilation and veno-venous extracorporeal membrane oxygenation therapy (ECMO therapy)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: lack of ARDS veno-arterial ECMO
