Inclusion criteria: - diagnosis years 2016-2022 - place of residence in respective federal state of cancer registry

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient is known to the cancer registry only by means of death certificate, a pathology report, a follow up notification, a tumor conference report or a combination of the aforementioned

Treatment patterns in patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung tumor (LAM NSCLC) - from the time of diagnosis to the end of follow-up (i) Description of the sequence of therapy options surgery, radiation, systemic anticancer therapy (chemotherapy, immunotherapy). (ii) Classification of systemic anticancer therapy into lines of therapy according to the treatment guidelines for NSCLC. For this purpose, the cancer registry data are used, which are recorded in a standardized form.
