Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Ability to give informed consent - No diagnosis of a movement disorder - Consent to be informed of any incidental findings

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other clinically significant comorbidities as determined by the study investigator (e.g., hepatic dysfunction, cardiovascular disease, malignancy)
