Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants in the obesity therapy program "Leipzig Obesity Management" who have completed at least two years of the behavioral therapy arm. Participation may have occured within either the original four-year outpatient or the two-year partial hospitalization treatment program. Also included are individuals who participated in the one-year DOCWEIGHT®2.3 outpatient program.

Exclusion criteria: - bariatric surgery
