Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 2. Diagnostically proven spondyloarthritis 3. Chronic (=3 months) lumbar facet pain symptoms 4. Successful CT-guided facet infiltration (= 50% pain reduction according to VAS) 5. Voluntary Participation and Written Consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous operation in the segment relevant to the study 2. Significantly increased surgical risk (=ASA 4) 3. Incapacitated patients, e.g. in cognitive limitations 4. Pregnancy/ lactation

Subjective back pain of the patient, determined preoperatively, after 3, 6, 12 and 24 months with the help of a numerical analogue scale, the ODI (Oswestry Disability Index).	—
