Inclusion criteria: - Patients with (suspected) chronic lung disease - Healthy control subjects without history or symptoms of lung disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Withdrawal from the study - Other serious medical conditions - medical findings that would reasonably be expected to compromise the safety of the patient or the quality of the study data

Evaluate the onset and progression of chronic lung disease at new diagnosis using clinical and diagnostic progression parameters covering the underlying aspects of lung disease (function, morphology, infection, and inflammation).	—
