20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with MDD or with OCD 2. Received bilateral slMFB-DBS, that is applied chronically for at least 1 year 3. Able to give written informed consent 4. Compliance to participate in the study 5. Stable drug regimen at least 3 weeks before study entry

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute psychosis assessed by a psychiatric physician. 2. Patient incapable to follow and perform the task instructions.

Aim 1: To describe the cortical effects of slMFB-DBS in a chronic stimulation setting, Aim 2: To determine whether these effects (Aim 1.) respond to different DBS stimulation patterns.
