Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) a current psychotherapeutic activity in order to be able to carry out the practical exercises 2) internet access 3) sufficient knowledge of German to be able to work on the training materials 4) sufficient time and motivation to work regularly on the training for about 1-2 hours every week for 6 weeks 5) completed or (for at least one year) ongoing training in one of the psychotherapy guideline procedures, recognition according to PsychThG in Germany or equivalent degree from abroad.

| Primary outcome is a change in transcultural competencies. Measured by: Multicultural Counseling Inventory (Sodowsky et al., 1994) and OnTracc-Questionnaire (Atzor et al., 2022) Assessment time points: t1 - pre-assessment (before randomisation and start of training). t2 - post-assessment (immediately after end of training, 6 weeks after t1) t3 - follow-up-1-assessment (2 months after end of training, 14 weeks after t1) t4 - post-assessment WL-only (immediately after end of training, 20 weeks after t1) t5 - follow-up-1 WL-only (2 months after end of training, 28 weeks after t1) t6 - follow-up-2-assessment (6 months after end of training, 30 weeks after t1 (IG) or 44 weeks after t1 (WL) /// Sodowsky, G.
