Group 1: The planned project includes retrospective analysis of image data and clinical data. 1. analysis of CT findings of the LMU hospital and secondary analysis of image data of the LMU hospital.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with trauma to the skull or cervical spine and indication for CT scan, which was performed in the emergency departments of the LMU Klinikum or directly during emergency care at the Oktoberfest

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No CT scan performed

Primary

Measure	Time frame
The number of CT examinations and the number and type of trauma sequelae detected in the emergency departments of the LMU Klinikum will be examined. Other clinical endpoints include outpatient discharge, inpatient admission, or repeat imaging for follow-up.	—
