Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For both groups: - Consent to participate in the research project - Signed consent to scientific data collection, data storage and data processing - Understanding of the German language Group 1: - Diagnosis of FMF suspected by Ada symptom-analysis - as well as no confirmed diagnosis of FMF yet Group 2: - Medical diagnosis of FMF within the last 5 years before inclusion in this research project

Exclusion criteria: For both groups: - Persons incapable of giving consent

Survey of the time from the onset of initial symptoms to diagnosis and comparison of both patient groups

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- Comparison of both patient groups with regard to medical diagnostic already used and number of visits by a physician regarding diagnosis FMF - Recording of the number of sick days in the last 2 years due to FMF before diagnosis and in the last year before inclusion - Calculation of the cost savings potential when implementing the app as an access authorisation for a quick specialist consultation - Physicians assessment of the benefits of Ada's pre-diagnostic assessment - Reliability of Ada's disease suggestions
