Group 1: Patients, which have been prescribed mirtazapine during psychiatric and geriatric psychiatric in-patient treament for more than 28 days.

Inclusion criteria: patients, which were treated newly with mirtazapin for more than 28 days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients, which were already treated with mirtazapine
