Group 1: This study is aimed at caregivers of people with dementia who live in the home in the city of Düsseldorf, Germany.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Caregivers of people with a clinical picture of dementia who live at home (with spouse, children, etc.), - The Caregivers should have a power of attorney from the person with dementia or be appointed as legal guardian of the person with dementia by the court, - The the person with dementia must be a resident of the city of Düsseldorf.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Caregivers of people without the clinical picture of dementia, - Caregivers who do not have a power of attorney from the person with dementia or who have not been appointed by the court as the person with dementia's legal guardian, - the person with dementia with main residence outside the city of Düsseldorf - Acute psychiatric and/or somatic emergencies

Utilization of an individual consultation in the form of a digital home visit

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Questionnaire for the assessment of the deficits of patients with dementia in 6 dimensions (memory, IADL, ADL, mood, social behavior, disruptive behavior) by means of the Nurses' Observation Scale for Geriatric Patients (NOSGER) and to determine the subjective burden of caregivers by means of the Berlin Inventory on the Burden of Relatives (BIZA-D-PV/ PURFAM).
