Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: adults capable of giving consent • Students of medicine and dentistry • Written consent to participation in the study and the data protection • no mental illness
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Excluded are subjects who: • do not agree to take 15 minutes per day for the exercises and/or are not willing to participate in the three surveys • are physically unable to perform the light yoga, stretching and relaxation exercises

| The interventions have an effect on stress levels and emotional development compared to the control group.
