Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic pain participation in a video consultation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: lack of intellectual or linguistic ability to answer the questionnaire in German

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Primary endpoint of the retrospective data analysis: number of video consultations in 2020 and 2021 in relation to telephone contacts and face-to-face consultations. Primary endpoint of the patient survey: satisfaction with video consultation/telemedicine.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary endpoint of the retrospective data analysis: group differences in the variables gender, age, distance of residence in relation to the number of video consultation hours. Secondary endpoints of the patient survey: advantages and disadvantages of telemedicine and technical difficulties with telemedicine.
