Interventions

Group 1: The experimental group (EG) consists of a homogeneous group (either managers, women between the ages of 18 and 40 or students) who complete a four-week online course on empathy and gratitude.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Firstly, the participants are willing to do approximately 15 minutes of prescribed exercises at home every day. Participants agree to complete one questionnaire before and two after the course for self-assessment of the measured constructs.

Exclusion criteria: If the inclusion criteria are not consented.

The overall goal of the study is to contribute to further research in the area of empathy, compassion, and gratitude and to develop possible training programs to promote emotional competencies in professional settings.
