Group 1: The staff of the ER of the St.Franzikus Hospital in Münster will screen every emergency patient 65 years of age and older for a delirium using two different testing methods (I-Cam and NUDESC)
NUDESC) twice a day. After 3 months there will be an interview with the patients in order to determine their actual health status (CFS, KATZ).

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Emergency patients, age 65 years with a stay of at least 3 days in hospital
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - patient with inadequate command of the german language - patient with legal guardian.
