Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All employees are included for voluntary participation in the specified recruitment sizes for the survey with the instrument IzEP©, who are located at the project stations or who regularly do their work there (anchoring on the duty roster, consulting activities at external offices). The same applies to participation in the focus group interview (6 people) and the participant observation. Further patient and family-related outcomes will be recorded for all patients who stay in the respective unit for three days or longer.

Exclusion criteria: Anyone who does not meet the inclusion criteria will be excluded.
