Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with indication for the following surgeries: - Primary endoprosthetic joint resurfacing of the hip. - Aseptic and septic replacement surgery after hip endoprosthesis implantation (partial and total) Femoral/ acetabular pathomorphologies (incl. femoral torsion defects) as well as hip joint dysplasia with indication for joint-preserving therapy -periacetabular osteotomy -femoral osteotomy -mini-open arthrotomy/arthroscopy hip joint Patients with indication for surgical treatment with the following diagnoses: - Perthes disease - Epiphysiolysis capitis femoris - Epiphyseal dysplasias

MeasureTime frame
1) Recording of the time of implantation of a hip endoprosthesis. 2) Recording of the time of implantation of a hip endoprosthesis after previously performed joint-preserving surgery on the hip joint. 3) Recording of the time of replacement surgery of a hip endoprosthesis after previously performed implantation of a primary joint prosthesis. 4) Recording of the time of a joint-preserving operation of the hip joint.

1.) Comparison of pre- and postoperative X-ray images and X-ray parameters during the course. 2) functionality and activity measured by defined questionnaires and examination standards during the course of treatment 3) recording of complications in the course of treatment
