Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Inclusion in the study "Covid-19 im Spitzensport - Eine multizentrische Kohorten-Studie (CoSmo-S)" - Cohort 1: Reports of persisting symptoms in the initial Covid-19-specific questionnaires, six-month follow-ups, or the one-year follow-up examination as part of CoSmo-S. - Cohort 2: Matching age, gender, sport type and performance status of the athletes included in N-LoCoS Cohort 1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Acute infection with SARS-CoV-2 or positive PCR - German skills do not match to fill out the questionnaire - Other acute infections, which prevent inclusion and execution of the study protocol according to physician's assessment

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Determination of the prevalence of Long COVID in elite athletes and characterization of clinical neurological and neurophysiological abnormalities as well as non-neurological performance determinants in elite athletes with Long COVID at rest and after maximal exercise.

MeasureTime frame
Prediction, clustering, and classification models using machine learning, based on which relevant subgroups or variables are identified to provide data-driven insights into the characteristics of Long COVID.
