Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Stakeholder during the COVID-19 pandemic involved in German testing strategies or novel diagnostics for example persons involved in political counselling, policy making, leading scientists, representatives of institutions, the health system or diagnostics industry

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - No sufficient language knowledge of German or English - Refusing or withdrawing informed consent - Insufficient experience with COVID-19 testing strategies or novel COVID-19 diagnostics

1.To understand the decision-making processes, key stakeholders and influencers of national testing strategies in Germany 2.To explore the experiences of selected stakeholders, decision and policy makers with regard to the development, approval and implementation of diagnostic tests and testing strategies 3.To identify barriers and facilitators of the decision-making process around national testing strategies

1. Review findings and develop an action plan describing necessary interventions to prepare for future health crisis situations 2. Inform future research agenda for medical and societal questions related to testing strategies
