Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - 40 single ventricle patients receiving routine cardiac catheterization with already planned oximetry - 10 patients with biventricular hearts, receiving routine cardiac catheterization with already planned oximetry
Exclusion criteria

Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The primary endpoints are the results of protein analysis comparing hepatic vein blood to blood without hepatic vein blood, leading to a potential hepatic factor. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Secondary endpoints are - formation/extent of pulmonary arteriovenous malformation - clinical signs of cyanosis and heart failure (oxygen saturation, physical capacity) | — |
