Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - 40 single ventricle patients receiving routine cardiac catheterization with already planned oximetry - 10 patients with biventricular hearts, receiving routine cardiac catheterization with already planned oximetry

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Refusal to participate in the study - anaemia with haemoglobin < 10.0 mg/dl in the routinely performed blood gas analyses

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary endpoints are the results of protein analysis comparing hepatic vein blood to blood without hepatic vein blood, leading to a potential hepatic factor.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary endpoints are - formation/extent of pulmonary arteriovenous malformation - clinical signs of cyanosis and heart failure (oxygen saturation, physical capacity)
