Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Covered by a statutory health insurance Age: 3 months to 17 years (children/adolescents) or 18-65 years (adults) Medically confirmed diagnosis of atopic dermatitis for at least 3 months SCORAD of at least 20 points Stable therapy regimen for 3 months (e.g. no new use of systemic therapies) Ownership of a smartphone with internet capability (for children under 14 years of age, ownership of the smartphone by the parents is decisive). Confident command of the German language (for young children, the parents' command of the German language is decisive).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. participation in an educational program for atopic dermatitis in the last 2 years (including inpatient rehabilitation). 2. participation in individual counseling in the areas of skin care, nutrition, and/or psychosocial issues in the past 12 months. 3. planned significant change in treatment regimen (e.g., first use of biologics) in the next 6 months 4. other serious medical conditions affecting the skin
