Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients (= 18 years) with initial diagnosis of cancer (breast cancer). - Indication for anthracycline therapy - Prior to initiation of medical therapy (max. 2 weeks after diagnosis). - Life expectancy =18 months - Written and valid informed consent from the patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Contraindications to exercise therapy interventions and all disease situations that do not allow exercise, in particular: - previous myocardial infarction or CABG - angina pectoris - EF 80 years - BMI > 30 or > 150 kg body weight
