Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients with routine TDM of anti-infectives at LMU Klinikum or Krankenhaus Barmherzige Brüder München - Consent of the patient or the legal representive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal of the patient or the legal representive

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To determine which dosing strategies for antiinfectives are chosen by the treating physicians and to which concentrations these lead in the blood.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Further development of an existing mass spectrometric quantification method for other matrices (endotracheal aspiration, urine, dialysate, cerebrospinal fluid, bronchoalveolar lavage, blood from blood gas analysis syringes).
