Inclusion criteria: Every inpatient admission of the cardiology department (LMU university hospital)

Medical adherence to guidelines

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
As a secondary analysis, automatically determined adherence will be compared to adherence validated by physicians. As a security endpoint, number of educative hints acknoweldged as false by study physicians will be analyzed.
