Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: age 18-55 unilateral or bilateral headache according to ICHD-3 for more than 3 months. NDI(NDI score) above 22.5%. Limited flexion-rotation test (FRT of =32° to one side.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -congenital developmental disorders - existing diseases of the rheumatic type as well as tumor diseases - condition following surgery in the neck, head and jaw region - taking cortisone or anticoagulants - existing arterial hypertension - chronic pain patients - pregnancy - cervical instability - radiculopathy/ myelopathy
