Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Presence of a life-threatening neuromuscular disease (e.g. motor neuron disease or muscular dystrophy) 2. Presence of severe central nervous system disease with palliative treatment needs according to the WHO definition of palliative care

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients younger than 18 years of age and patients who do not have a palliative treatment need

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The outpatient clientele of the Interdisciplinary Palliative Center and the Outpatient Clinic for Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) and severe neuromuscular disease is aimed to be described.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The clinical treatment spectrum of the neuropalliative outpatient clinic will be surveyed, and the needs of the patients will be shown.
