Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Presence of a life-threatening neuromuscular disease (e.g. motor neuron disease or muscular dystrophy) 2. Presence of severe central nervous system disease with palliative treatment needs according to the WHO definition of palliative care
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients younger than 18 years of age and patients who do not have a palliative treatment need
