Group 1: This is a qualitative research project. Five structured focus group discussions are used to evaluate the requirements of potential user groups for a web-based application.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients: Included are persons who 1) are over 18 years of age and 2) were undergoing outpatient physiotherapy treatment due to a confirmed diagnosis of a disease of the spine, extremities or pelvis, the lymphatic system or the central nervous system up to 2 months before the focus group was conducted. Physiotherapists: Included are physiotherapists who 1) are over 18 years of age and 2) are working at least 50% of their time in an outpatient physiotherapy practice at the time of the focus groups. Researchers: Included are persons who have conducted research in the context of physiotherapy care and/or have been involved in the development of a guideline for the care of spinal, limb, lymphatic or nervous system disorders in the past 5 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Persons whose ability to communicate in written and spoken German is limited will be excluded from participation. If there are significant health restrictions or significant cognitive limitations that speak against participation in the study, the participants will also be excluded from the study. Furthermore, no persons who have a personal or professional relationship (current employment or joint project participation) with the person conducting the interview will be recruited.
