Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Insured persons of the German Pension Insurance Berlin-Brandenburg or the German Pension Insurance North between the ages of 18 and 62 years are included, who have a special occupational problem at the time of the cardiological follow-up treatment (Würzburg screening at least 1 point).
