Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - All patients who have clinically as well as MRI radiologically confirmed primary ACL lesion or multiligamentous injury with ACL injury. - Age over 18 years - Treatment with dynamic splint (Jack PCL)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with treatment course significantly influenced by polytraumatization - Fracture relevant to treatment o Exclusive bony ligament rupture - Ruptures of a posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction - Z.n. HKB-Ersatzplastik on the opposite side - Simultaneous bony correction surgery (slope correction) - Pregnancy and lactation - Circulatory disorders - Severe varicosis
