Group 1: Treatment group: receives access to the online program immediately after baseline Group 2: Waiting control group: 6-week waiting period after baseline, then access to the online program.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18 years or older Access to the Internet Sufficient knowledge of German Contact with a man in a (suicidal) crisis Signed consent form

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Significant increases in knowledge and experience of competence will be sought immediately after completion of the program and three months later. The data will be collected in an online questionnaire.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The aim is to achieve a significant reduction in depressiveness, stress experience and stress experience after participation in the program. The data will be collected in an online questionnaire.
