Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Children ages 3 to 6 AND -Child is overweight/obese (BMI: >P90) OR -BMI at least corresponding to P75 and increased weight with BMI-SDS increase of 0.2/year AND -Parents have sufficient language skills in German or Turkish AND -Submission of a signed informed consent for study participation. AND - insured by statutory health insurance (SHI) companies
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Parents speak insufficient German or Turkish OR -Too much psychosocial stress in the family at the discretion of the enrolling physician OR -Medical causes of the child's obesity OR - not insured by statutory health insurance (SHI) companies
