Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Men and women after thoracic organ transplantation with a minimum age of 18 years who have received at least the triple vaccination against SARS-CoV-2; Further booster vaccination is planned in the near future but has not yet been given; Precondition: Present signed and dated study consent.

MeasureTime frame
The aim is to develop a strategy for an individualised intensified vaccination concept depending on humoral and cellular response to at least triple vaccination in patients after organ transplantation. For this purpose, the IgG anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibody titer will be determined before and 4 weeks after booster vaccination.
