Group 1: psoriatic arthritis with back pain/Spondylarthritis:Patients receive a 60-75 minute yoga class once a week for 12 weeks. Subsequently, the patients practice for 12 weeks with the yoga app Yog

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with spondyloarthritis, confirmed by ASAS (Assessment of Spondylarthritis international society) diagnostic criteria, stable disease activity, written informed consent, required age: between 18-70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy, changes in pharmacological therapy during the yoga intervention period

Data collection occurred at baseline (visit 1 (V1)), after 3 months (visit 2 (V2)), after 6 months (visit 3 (V3)), and at a follow-up visit after 12 months (visit 4 (V4)). -Range of motion by clinical examination (BASMI score and individual components of BASMI). -Movement pattern analysis during walking by means of intertial sensors (determination of space-time parameters such as step length, speed, stance phases, joint angle during walking, etc.). -Evaluation of questionnaire scores (BASDAI, BASFI, AsQL, PAHCO, BSA, WPAI, PSQI) -Survey of clinical parameters
