Inclusion criteria: 1. Coronary artery disease 2. On prescription of high-potency statin (rosuvastatin or atorvastatin)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hemodialysis 2. Dementia 3. No German language

-Treatment goal attainment accordinng to ESC guideline (LDL-C, HbA1c, and blood pressure) -Serum level of LDL-C and HbA1c, blood pressure -Subjective level of information for ASCVD, dyslipidemia, arterial hypertension, and diabetes -Information needs for ASCVD, dyslipidemia, arterial hypertension, and diabetes -Duration since diagnose of ASCVD -Adherence to drug therapy -Perceived physician responsibility for of control risk facotrs and maintenance of secondary preventive therapy	—
