Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. idiopathic parkinsonian syndrome (H&Y II-III). 2. UPDRS III > 13 with involvement uEx 3. ability to walk > 10 m without support 4. minimal mental status test (MMST) score = 26. 5. willingness of the study participant to take up therapy measures (e.g., drug therapy, exercise therapy) (already prior to study participation).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. tremor dominant parkinsonian syndrome 2. risk of falling with high injury potential 3. if included, current or planned inpatient stay within the next two weeks 4. severe ON freezing 5. severe internistic/orthopedic/psychological comorbidities
