Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patient accept to be part of the investigation - Age over 18 - Central venous catheter in CJV - Discharge to home

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Missing Consent to take part in the investigation - Age Unter 18 - Former Thrombosis in the CJV - Oncology Disease - Transfer to another Hospital
