Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: M2QM criterion (known in practice for at least 2 quarters with the above-mentioned diagnoses), knowledge of the German language, able to provide information/agree.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: pregnancy; cognitive limitations; no reliable long-term diagnosis justifying an indication vaccination against Covid-19 or influenza; diagnosis or patient known in practice for less than two quarters; ignorance of the German language, inability to give informed consent
