Group 1: Female patients with PKU who have at least one child are asked about pregnancy course and health of their child by a questionnaire.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Female patients with hyperphenylalaninemia (phe concentrations > 360 µmol/l), who have delivered at least one child - age at least 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: cognitive impairment (inability to understand ICF)
