Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient of the neuroimmunological outpatient clinic, clinic and polyclinic for neurology, UKL; at the time of presentation treatment diagnosis "multiple sclerosis" (ICD-10 G35.-)

Exclusion criteria: no exclusion criteria for screening process

Number and clinical characteristics of patients who have undergone (possibly extended) differential diagnostics (DD); Reason for extended DD (e.g. absence of chronic inflammatory CSF with existing diagnosis of MS); Result of the differential diagnosis (e.g. percentage of positive laboratory findings indicating a different diagnosis); Consequences resulting from DD (e.g. change in diagnosis)
