Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: lung disease infection of the upper airways local skin or airway infection by putative MRSA or other resistent germ virus infection clinically present

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe impairment of lung function with inability to perform a slow expiratory VK maneuver of more than 6 sec. Unclear illnesses and medication intake Lack of cooperation or legal capacity of the patient or suspicion that the necessary data of the patient cannot be collected Lack of consent

MeasureTime frame
The primary objective of this study is to demonstrate that reproducibly identical patterns of markers in the IMS spectrum from exhaled air and biological samples are detectable that provide reliable evidence of pulmonary disease.
