Group 1: Patients with diagnosed acne inversa, suspected acne inversa an OnlineDoctor diagnosis. Data collection without product relation will take place during a one-time routine visit of the patient

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: - Age of majority (=18 years). - Patients with diagnosed acne inversa, suspected acne inversa or with an OnlineDoctor diagnosis. - Patient is mentally and physically able to participate. - Written informed consent obtained from the patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: - Medical conditions or other limitations that, in the physician's judgment, would interfere with independent consent or completion of the questionnaires by the patient. - Patient has already participated in the research project.

The scientific goal of the TeleVersa research project is to gain a better understanding of acne inversa patients and their individual patient journey through the healthcare system.

The TeleVersa research project intends to answer the following questions: - What is the individual picture of acne inversa patients based on the primary symptoms (main symptoms of discomfort)? - How high is the psychological strain of the acne inversa patients based on the symptoms/affected body regions? - What is the quality of life of acne inversa patients? - What is the impact of acne inversa disease on work productivity and activity? - Which physicians have acne inversa patients already visited regarding their skin problems (patient journey), which treatments and diagnoses have they received? - What treatment do acne inversa patients wish for in relation to their condition? - Is digital diagnosis via telemedicine possible and useful for acne inversa in order to minimize the delay in diagnosis? - What is the emotional relationship between doctor and patient and vice versa? - What diagnosis is made by the physician (patients with suspected acne inversa) and how is the patient treated?
