Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - 18 - 40 years - Male, female or diverse - Signed data protection consent forms (for subject selection and study conduct), the subject contract and the subject consent form are available. - Sufficient knowledge of the German language - recovered from COVID-19 or fully vaccinated (2G rule) - Willingness to wear an FFP2 mask when in close contact with study personnel (e.g. when applying the electrodes)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Any medication/disease or disorder/medical treatment/surgery which, in the opinion of the investigator, could significantly distort the study parameters. - Pregnancy - General use of soft and hard drugs - general consumption of nicotine (> 0 rations per day) - caffeine consumption > 450 mg per day - alcohol consumption > 14 rations per week - not proficient in the German language - Any other condition which, in the opinion of the doctors conducting the test, makes the subject unsuitable (e.g. claustrophobia) - not legally competent, as well as persons with limited legal capacity - Persons not immunised against COVID-19 (i.e. not vaccinated or recovered) - presence of a positive COVID-19 self-test - Intolerance of the FFP2 mask or unwillingness to wear a FFP2 mask during the study.

| The primary endpoint is defined as heart rate. Heart rate is expected to be lower during light exercise than during moderate and high exercise (Charles & Nixon, 2019). Exploratory parameters of HRV are considered, which also allow a differentiation of stress levels. Individual personality traits of the person seem to have an influence on how quickly the heart rate can adapt to a situation. The aim of the study is to identify these exploratively. | — |
